Here's a short rap to inspire all Spearhead members after their body-aching push-ups in our last training session. Push-ups good! :P

This is the "Mean Machine",
It's gonna make you lean,
Doin' the push-ups till' your pass is clean!
If you hear me now, then put your sticks on the ground,
cause' it will take all nite, until you get it right!
